CIDOB hosts foreign policy Dialogue on Israel-Palestine Conflict

SHAPEDEM-EU partner CIDOB hosted an expert discussion at their offices in Barcelona, Spain, on 19 April 2024.

Prefaced by a public podium discussion the evening before, this edition of CIDOB Foreign Policy Dialogues addressed the current war on Gaza to discuss possible solutions to end the violence, the regional and global implications of the conflict as a well as the potential role of the European union.

SHAPEDEM-EU partners from CIDOB, RUC, AUB, IAI, and JLU attended to provide additional assistance insights based on their ongoing project work. Moussa Bourekba, Michelle Pace and Karim Makdisi moderated discussions and aim to produce a written policy document for recommendations.
